Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Construction to lead and coordinate complex building projects from inception to completion. - Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met and aligned with design intent.
- Utilize tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for document management, progress tracking, and communication across teams.
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety protocols are followed while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Manage procurement processes by preparing accurate construction estimates and scope of work using construction estimating techniques.
- Monitor project timelines diligently through effective time management practices,



adjusting schedules proactively to mitigate delays.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports on project progress, issues encountered, and upcoming milestones for stakeholders’ review.

Requirements

- Proven experience in construction project management with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings essential for precise execution.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software such as Primavera P6, ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid or Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes to develop accurate budgets and scope of work estimates.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 for effective project timeline management.
- Strong skills in project management methodologies combined with excellent time management capabilities.
- Construction experience across various phases including planning, execution, and closeout is highly desirable.
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
