About the Role

Are you a detail-driven project manager who thrives at the intersection of media, technology, and client experience? Talewind Digital is looking for a Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from intake through delivery — keeping scope, timelines, budgets, and clients all moving in the right direction.

In this role, you'll own end-to-end project delivery across our full range of services: media platform implementations, LMS deployments, onsite and virtual filming, livestreaming, video series, and podcast production. Working closely with our Account Management team, you'll be the operational engine behind exceptional client outcomes.

What You'll Do

Project Delivery & Client Satisfaction

- Lead end-to-end delivery of media and technology projects, ensuring all work is on time, on scope, and on budget
- Partner with Account Managers to align delivery with client goals and success criteria
- Provide proactive, solutions-oriented communication throughout the full project lifecycle
- Drive post-project processes including client satisfaction follow-up and reviews

Scoping, Budgeting & Financial Ownership

- Lead requirements gathering, estimation, and resource planning for new projects
- Prepare detailed budget proposals and present scope and pricing recommendations alongside Account Managers or Sales
- Maintain accurate financial tracking, including margin monitoring and cost-to-complete analysis
- Manage scope changes through formal change order processes

Planning, Execution & Team Coordination

- Lead project intake meetings to define goals, timelines, budgets, and available resources
- Coordinate internal teams, third-party vendors, and client contributors using Talewind Digital's project management tools
- Run milestone and status reviews, keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned
- Identify risks early and take corrective action to keep projects on track

Quality & Client Growth

- Define measurable success criteria with clients and ensure appropriate tracking is in place
- Oversee quality control for all deliverables — including media and digital assets — before client delivery
- Identify opportunities for client growth and surface them to Account Management or Business Development

Leadership & Collaboration

- Serve as the primary project lead for strategic and high-value clients
- Contribute insights during creative strategy sessions that help shape project direction
- Mentor Account Management team members on project management best practices and media production workflows

What You Bring Experience & Education

- 5+ years of client-facing project management or project coordination experience
- Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Project Management, Video Production, Communications, or a related field
- Experience in video production, livestreaming, podcasting, SaaS/software deployments, or LMS systems is a strong asset

Skills & Knowledge

- Strong understanding of media production, digital events, media platforms, and/or LMS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, adaptable tone
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused with solid project management fundamentals
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams

AI Proficiency

- Comfortable using AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, or similar)

to enhance productivity — including drafting project documentation, summarizing meeting notes, generating status reports, and streamlining repetitive tasks
- Able to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound judgment before sharing with clients or teams
- Curious about emerging AI applications in media production and project management, and willing to explore how new tools can improve workflows and client outcomes
- Understands the importance of data privacy and responsible AI use in a client-facing environment

Who You Are You're someone who naturally takes ownership, communicates with clarity, and keeps projects from going sideways before anyone else notices the risk. You're comfortable in fast-paced environments, confident leading cross-functional teams, and always looking for smarter ways to get great work done. You care about your clients' success as much as your own — and it shows in how you show up every day.
