TSB Homes Inc, We are a fast-growing construction and renovation company providing residential and commercial construction, renovation, and improvement services to homeowners across the region.

We’re looking for a driven, confident, and customer-focused Project Manager / Estimator who can build relationships with homeowners, understand their renovation needs, prepare accurate estimates, and help turn opportunities into successful projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable communicating with clients, understands residential construction and renovations, is organized and detail-oriented, and can manage projects from the initial consultation through completion.

What You'll Be Doing

- Meet with homeowners to understand their renovation and construction needs
- Conduct site visits and assess project requirements
- Take measurements and identify the scope of work
- Prepare accurate project estimates, quotes, and proposals
- Discuss project options, materials, timelines, and budgets with clients
- Follow up with potential clients and convert estimates into signed projects
- Coordinate with trades, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations
- Monitor projects from start to finish to ensure quality and timely completion
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the project




- Identify additional project opportunities and recommend solutions that provide value to the client
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records

What We're Looking For:
- Construction, renovation, estimating, or project management experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction processes
- Excellent communication and client-interaction skills
- Ability to read and understand plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Solid estimating and problem-solving abilities
- Organized with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable conducting in-person consultations and site visits
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
- Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
