As a Packaging Operator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.How You’ll Spend Your DayOperate packaging equipment in accordance with the Master Packaging Order (MPO)Follow EH&S policies, GMPs, and controlled procedures (SOPs, EMs, WIs, JAs)Perform basic equipment setup, including programming batch info and cleaning/assemblyTroubleshoot and fine‑tune equipment within your area of responsibilityInspect finished products and complete documentation accuratelyMaintain a clean and organized packaging areaSupport OPEX initiatives (OEE, SMED, RCPS, Kaizen, 5S)Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and operate equipment properlyPerform other duties as assignedYour Skills and ExperienceMinimum 1 year of pharmaceutical experienceHigh School diploma or equivalentStrong mechanical aptitude with high‑speed machinerySolid understanding of Health & Safety procedures (OH&S Act,
