Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented multilingual Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer, Americas and manage projects delivering the successful implementation of Landfolio and associated professional services for our customers. Internally, you will work closely with the Technical Lead, Account Manager and our shared services teams on each project to ensure customer success.
This role includes responsibility for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk, while also providing clear and consistent project reporting to both internal stakeholders and customers.
Languages: English, Spanish (Portuguese and/or French an asset)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote / Office)
Travel Required: 10 - 15% Domestic and International
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Landfolio software implementation projects and related professional services.
- Collaborate with customers to confirm project requirements, set and manage expectations, and define deliverables.
- Coordinate with the Technical Lead and Account Manager to align project deliverables and ensure seamless execution.
- Manage project scope, ensuring clear communication about changes and implications with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery of milestones.
- Monitor and control budgets to ensure financial objectives are met and manage resources effectively to meet project needs.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues in a timely manner to maintain project momentum.
- Provide clear, regular, and detailed project reporting, including status updates, budget tracking, and project health indicators, to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Ensure project reporting highlights critical aspects of project health, such as risks, milestones, and deliverables, enabling proactive decision-making and alignment.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment at all times.
- Monitor project performance metrics, such as timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Drive continual improvement efforts in processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and success of future projects.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain a high standard of delivery excellence
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Strong project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating resources to achieve project objectives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish (plus Portuguese (preferred) and/or French (an asset)).
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (Kantata/Mavenlink and Smartsheets preferred with MS Project an asset).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Technical Leads and Account Managers.
- Familiarity with land or mineral rights management, other geospatial-based systems or compliance solutions (preferred).
- Expertise in implementing software solutions, including configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Proven ability to create and deliver comprehensive project reporting, focusing on project health and actionable insights.
Experience and Education:
- Five (5) years of proven experience in project management, preferably within software delivery or professional services supporting commercial software solutions.
- Experience managing professional services contracts within the range of $50K-$2M.
- Formal training and certification in project management, such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent, is required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or an industry-related field, or equivalent.
Compensation Package:
The full salary range for this role is $92,000 - $125,000 CAD per year plus benefits. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate.
The upper half of the salary range is typically reserved for individuals who have demonstrated consistent strong performance in the role and possess a high level of job knowledge and expertise.
