Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and coordinate a variety of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to ensure timely and successful delivery of outcomes that align with business objectives
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, adjusting as needed to meet goals.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes using appropriate tools and strategies.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders on project status, milestones, and potential roadblocks.
- Draft, negotiate, and administer contracts and agreements with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders; prepare and issue RFQs, RFPs, and tenders on appropriate online platforms, and lead the evaluation of submitted bids in accordance with established procurement policies and procedures.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain documentation, including reports, logs, and project records.
- Ensure OLCN interests are a priority on all aspects of every project
- Abide by and enforce the OLCN tendering policy
- Attend regular project meetings and provide reports and updates
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred). Candidates with a bachelor’s degree in other engineering disciplines may also be considered.
- Proven working experience (3–5 years) in construction project management. Prior experience in project management within a government environment will be highly preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certification is a plus.
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
