Senior Project Manager - Dynamics 365 & Power Platform

We need a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, agile implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.

Role Overview

Location: Hybrid, Toronto, ON

Type: 6-12 months contract

Methodology: Agile (Scrum/Kanban)

Must pass security screening

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Customer Engagement) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) projects.
- Drive project execution using Agile frameworks , running sprints, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Serve as the main bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
- Mitigate project risks, resolve blockers, and manage change requests proactively.




- Ensure high-quality deliverables that align with Microsoft best practices and client goals.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT project management experience.
- 5+ years managing implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform .
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Agile delivery methods in enterprise environments.
- Robust command of project tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) or Jira.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications
- Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or PMI-ACP.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Power Platform Functional Consultant.
