Here's a quick overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

- Provide leadership for the infrastructure components and advise the project director on proposed directions and solutions.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all project activities, from its inception to its closure, including the drafting of governance documents, such as the Project Organization Manual (MOP).
- Mobilize collaborating teams and ensure alignment with related initiatives in order to maintain a global vision of impacts and dependencies.
- Ensure the progress of the work, the quality of the deliverables and the achievement of business and technological objectives.
- Manage risks, issues, change requests, and decision points, and then recommend appropriate actions to governance bodies.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of scope, costs and schedules and produce the required indicators and management reports.
- Present the progress of the work to the various stakeholders and governance committees.
- Perform any other activities required to ensure the success of the mandate.

The Profile Sought Is As Follows





- Minimum of 15 years of experience in information technology, including at least 8 years in managing technology infrastructure projects in large-scale environments. Completion of at
- least two mandates as a technological infrastructure project manager in the last five years, each for a minimum duration of 300 days.
- Led at least two infrastructure projects with a scope greater than 3,000 person-days, in organizations of comparable complexity.
- Proven experience in planning, executing and controlling IT infrastructure projects, including managing costs, schedules, risks, vendors and dependencies.
- Positive understanding of the issues related to the operation of critical technological environments: data centers, cloud computing, networks, information security, telecommunications and workstations.
- Excellent communication, popularization and drafting skills for technical teams and decision-making bodies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools in a project management context.
