On Side Restoration is looking for a Project Supervisor (Water Damage) to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Project Supervisor leads our Water Damage team while overseeing restoration projects in the field. This hands-on leadership role combines team supervision, coaching, and on-site support to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate brings strong water damage restoration experience, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. As a working leader, you’ll guide and support field teams, help resolve project challenges, build strong client relationships, and ensure compliance with restoration best practices and health and safety standards.

Compensation

- Salary Range: $32-$36/hour
- On-call premium paid for rotating coverage
- Overtime opportunities (where applicable)

What You’ll Do

- Providing hands-on support, mentorship, and leadership to restoration technicians
- Site Safety Inspections
- Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Documentation of site visits and job progress
- Weekly Fleet Checks

What You Bring

- Previous water damage experience and applicable IICRC certification. A combination of experience and education will be evaluated
- Training abilities and a passion for helping teams get ‘it’ right the first time
- Strong technical knowledge in specialty drying situations
- Strong organizational and inventory management abilities
- Excellent communicator with a natural, authentic rapport
- Ability to work out in the field with the team
- Team player,



self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelines
- Computer skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Clear criminal background check
- Enhanced critical thinking, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency, written and spoken

Of Note: Disasters can strike at any time so a rotating schedule of 24/7 after hours on-call work is a requirement. Meaning you’ll work regular weekday hours and participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule.

Experience
- supervisory/leading a team: 2 years (preferred)
- Water Restoration Technician: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
