Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Property Maintenance Technician to oversee the upkeep and repair of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and technical skills, with experience supervising maintenance activities. This role involves ensuring that all property systems operate smoothly, safety standards are met, and customer service remains a top priority.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to facilities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Operate a zero-turn mower for grass. Skid-steer. Garden weeds.




- Manage maintenance on equipment
- Conduct wood splitting, wood milling, electrical repairs, and mechanical adjustments as needed to uphold facility integrity.
- Provide excellent snow clearing.

Requirements

- Proven supervisory experience in facilities maintenance environments.
- Skilled in general mechanical repairs.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high safety standards.
