You're a great fit if: you hold a RECA licence (PM,



or residential + willing to add PM - see above); licensed 3+ years doing roughly 4-12 transactions a year; tech-comfortable; valid AB driver's licence and reliable vehicle; Calgary-based; hungry for a growth role. What you'll do: sign up recent rental properties and owners (first 10 doors in six months, ~30 in year one); market and show units, screen tenants, prepare leases; inspections, renewals, repairs, statements; keep selling - including to owners in your own portfolio.

Compensation: 100% commission, no ceiling. Recurring management-fee income on every door plus sales commissions; top managers build to $10K+/month in management-fee income alone. Full fee schedule shared during interviews.
