Part-Time | Independent Contractor / Subcontractor

Kingsway Counselling & Wellness is growing, and we are looking for a Registered Psychologist to join our collaborative team on a part-time, subcontracted basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a psychologist who is particularly interested in psychological assessment and diagnostic services and would like to work within an established counselling and wellness clinic with administrative support and an existing referral base.

About the Role

We are looking to expand our assessment services and are particularly interested in a psychologist who can provide psychological assessments and diagnostic services for children, adolescents and/or adults.

Depending on the psychologist's areas of competency and interest, services may include:

- ADHD assessments
- Autism assessments
- Psychoeducational assessments
- Learning and cognitive assessments
- Mental health/diagnostic assessments
- Clinical interviews and diagnostic clarification
- Assessment reports and recommendations
- Feedback sessions with clients and/or parents
- Collaboration with other healthcare professionals, schools and community providers when appropriate

We are open to discussing the specific assessment population and scope of services based on the successful candidate's training, competencies and interests.

Compensation is provided through a competitive percentage-based subcontractor arrangement and can be discussed further with interested candidates. Qualifications The successful candidate will:

- Be a Registered Psychologist, or eligible for registration, with the College of Psychologists of New Brunswick
- Be qualified to practice independently within their areas of competency
- Have appropriate professional liability insurance
- Have training and experience in psychological assessment and diagnosis
- Maintain professional standards for documentation, confidentiality and ethical practice

Experience providing ADHD, autism and/or psychoeducational assessments would be considered a strong asset. About Kingsway Counselling & Wellness
