This role supports the investment branch in achieving business objectives by providing effective operational support and management of sales compliance and regulatory requirements.Acts as a designee for the Branch Operations Manager on compliance objectives within the branch.Works closely with Branch Operations Manager on all operational and regulatory responsibilities as per guidelines to ensure smooth operation of the business.Facilitates client transaction requests (e.G., wires and EFTs) for advisory teams in a timely manner, with strong attention to detail.Develops a rapport and instills confidence with advisory teams to develop credibility as a member of Branch OperationsWorks collaboratively with team members and branch management to foster a culture of teamwork, mutual support, and operational alignment.Provides ongoing compliance education to assigned branch / portfolio.Provides support and guidance to branch staff members on compliance and operational issues.Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders and ensures alignment.Designs and produces regular and ad‑hoc reports, and dashboards.Identifies, reports and manages all compliance issues, irregularities according to guidelines.Maintains branch files on client transactions, insider clients, outside business activities, non‑approved option trades,
