Position DescriptionThis role is hybrid and requires you to be at our client's and/or downtown Toronto office at a minimum 2 days per week - subject to change at any time.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop performance test scripts using tools such as LoadRunner or NeoLoadPerform workload modeling and simulate real-world usage scenariosExecute performance, load, stress, and endurance testsMonitor application performance using tools like DynatraceAnalyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendationsCollaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performancePrepare detailed performance test reports and dashboardsRequired QualificationsHands‑on experience with LoadRunner and/or NeoLoadStrong knowledge of performance testing methodologies (load, stress, spike,
