This isn’t your typical agency gig—we’re looking for someone who thrives in the middle of creative work and gets things done no matter what curveballs get thrown their way. Producing is problem solving, at the end of the day.You’ll be partagency producer, part line producer, and part fixer —managing everything fromlogistics and scheduling to crew coordination, budgets, and client comms. We produce a wide range of content, from elevated corporate videos and branded content to small commercial spots and internal campaigns. Every project is a little different, and we’re looking for someone who can jump in and embrace the novelty.This is a full‑time contract role based out of our Toronto office, with the flexibility of a hybrid work model. We work at a quick pace, but we take care of our people and have a lot of fun doing it.Our Ideal Candidate WillBe comfortable managing a project from brief to final delivery, including pre‑production planning, production logistics, and post wrap‑ups.Build and manage budgets, schedules, call sheets, and production documents with ease.Work closely with our creative, accounts, and strategy teams to bring ideas to life on time and on budget.Be just as comfortable wrangling a client as they are wrangling a shot list.Maintain robust relationships with crew, vendors,
