Metal Fab LTD in North Bay, Ontario, is seeking an experienced welder-fabricator for an on-site role. You will interpret welding specifications, read blueprints, and operate SMAW/FCAW equipment to fabricate and repair aluminum and steel parts.

The role requires 2–3 years in an industrial fabrication setting, WHMIS certification, and physical stamina. You will perform quality checks, maintain welding equipment, and collaborate with a small team in a fast-paced shop.
