ScheduleMonday to Friday (weekend work may be required)Hours of Work7:00 a.M. to 3:30 p.M.Pay RateStarting at: $24/hourLocationCornwall Road, Oakville, OntarioSummaryThe primary purpose of this position is to provide field service in the commissioning of new Digital LED signs and the on‑site service (break‑fix) and preventative maintenance of Digital LED signs.ResponsibilitiesCommission new LED signs on‑site across Canada.Provide priority break/fix service on‑site across Ontario, replacing all digital sign parts (LED modules, power supplies, controllers) as required.Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, including power outages, short circuits, or faulty components, and perform regular maintenance checks.Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on company criteria.Enter service call information into the ticketing system, ensuring all required fields are completed for performance metrics.Create a positive customer experience while meeting quality standards and company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements; identify non‑compliancefor resolution.Participate in all health and safety processes and initiatives.Document all work, including parts used, troubleshooting steps,



and resolutions; provide detailed reports to supervisors after job completion.Ensure all service requests are completed to customer satisfaction in a timely manner.Proactively follow up on all service calls and keep customers updated on ticket status.Ensure all pertinent information is entered into service tickets for performance metrics gathering.Work collaboratively with team members and leadership.Complete additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.Requirements / QualificationsAcademic TrainingCompletion of a two‑ to three‑year college program in electronics or a four‑year apprenticeship program in electronic servicing and repair; or completion of high school or college courses in electronics with on‑the‑job training considered an asset.Trade certification for electronics technicians considered an asset.Working at Heights & Lift Operator certifications considered an asset.Work Experience5+ years of experience in field service and maintenance.Experience working at heights and operating bucket trucks and scissor lifts.Valid G driver’s license.Ability to access and work on outdoor LED sign structures at heights up to 100 ft. in varying weather conditions.Ability to work independently to suggest and implement solutions for field issues.Solid understanding of networking (hardline, wireless, and cellular).Solid understanding of electrical installation and service.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a real desire to help customers and create a positive customer experience.Ability to work professionally with outside service providers.Legal NoticeMedia Resources Inc. complies with equal prospect employment practices and does not use artificial intelligence in the recruitment process.#J-18808-Ljbffr
