Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Do:Help identify customer needs by cross-selling products, introducing recent products and services by quoting and marketing personal insurance business.Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, answer incoming communications, and contact leads generated.Build and maintain a trusting client environment that drives new sales opportunities while strengthening existing business.Engage proactively within the team and independently to help improve processes, performance, and results.Educate clients on coverage options, risks, and policy details to support informed decision-making.Accurately process current business, document client interactions and policy details in brokerage systems.Tackle complex insurance-related cases,
