We are known for reliable execution, technical precision, and a team-first approach that keeps projects moving forward.We are looking for an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our team in Mississauga. This is an intermediate-level role for someone who can review drawings, specifications, and site conditions, then prepare accurate and competitive estimates that can be executed efficiently in the field.This is not an emergency restoration role. Our work focuses on large-scale capital restoration projects, including balcony repairs, facade restoration, sealant replacement, concrete repair, parking garage restoration, heated ramp repairs, roof deck waterproofing, foundation waterproofing, and related building restoration scopes.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed project estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender submissionsReview drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentsConduct site visits, take measurements, and assess existing conditionsBuild accurate cost breakdowns using Excel and estimating toolsSource, review, and compare pricing from subcontractors and suppliersSupport tendering activities, scope development, and supporting documentationCoordinate with project managers and leadership for smooth project handoversMaintain labour, material, subcontractor, and vendor cost informationClearly communicate estimate assumptions, exclusions, risks,
