We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic procurement team. Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiations with vendors.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and other supply chain management tools to process purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely procurement aligned with production schedules.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, evaluate pricing strategies, and optimize sourcing options for cost savings.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships through effective communication, performance evaluations, and issue resolution.




- Monitor inventory levels using MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to streamline procurement processes and improve overall operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in purchasing or procurement within a manufacturing or supply chain setting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms; experience with MRP is highly desirable.
- Strong vendor management skills with a focus on negotiation and relationship building.
- Knowledge of sourcing strategies, pricing analysis, and procurement best practices.
- Familiarity with supply chain concepts including logistics, inventory control, and demand planning.
- Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple priorities.
