This full-time position, through December 2027, is organized for maternity leave coverage. As the Procurement Manager, you will work with various teams to manage complex procurement activities.

Your key responsibilities include procuring goods and services, issuing procurement documents, and enhancing CANARIE's procurement policies. Your expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations will drive successful initiatives throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead complex procurement projects from planning to contract award
- Procure hardware, software, and qualified services
- Prepare RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs efficiently
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
- Develop procurement metrics and KPIs Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years progressive procurement experience
- College diploma or university degree in Business
- SCMP designation preferred
- Experience with technology vendors is an asset
