In this energetic position, you will be responsible for inspecting components for aerospace industry, conducting detailed quality control checks, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

- Perform thorough quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using precision tools such as calipers and measurement devices.
- Collect and analyze data related to product quality, documenting findings accurately to support quality management systems.
- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
- Identify defects or deviations from quality standards and communicate issues promptly to production teams for corrective action.
- Maintain detailed records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and calibration logs to ensure traceability.
- Support manufacturing teams by providing feedback on process improvements that enhance overall quality assurance.




- Assist in calibration and maintenance of inspection tools to ensure measurement accuracy.

Experience

- Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a focus on quality control or inspection roles.
- Robust understanding of quality management principles, QA/QC procedures, and industry standards.
- Skilled in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges for precise inspections.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or issues.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques, documentation practices, and data collection methods.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team dedicated to continuous improvement.
