Incumbent is tasked with managing Canadian content in both English and French for Samsung.Com, including B2C and business sites, EPP/SMB, and ShopApp, focusing on new product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Serving as the liaison between HQ teams and internal departments such as Marketing, Sales, Legal, Service, and the e‑commerce team is crucial for this role. Additionally, the eStore Online Platform team will enable direct‑to‑consumer purchase functionality on Samsung.Com, managing pricing, promotions, and product availability. The role also involves facilitating the omnichannel experience between Samsung.Com and offline Samsung Experience Stores, requiring robust leadership, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.Role and ResponsibilitiesOversee new product launches and content updates for MX, CE, IT, B2B/EPP/SMB and corporate pages; manage the Samsung.Com operations budget including publishing, translations, and integrated vendor partnerships; manage e‑commercebudgets including PZN and integrated vendor costs.Own and manage merchandising & strategy for the most important division while overseeing all divisions with team.Develop and execute the Samsung.Com merchandising & strategy to support sales and promotional initiatives for DTC business across homepage, navigation, category pages, sub‑category pages, filter pages, product pages, new content pages, offer pages, campaign landing pages,
cart and checkout.Strategic planning of promotional and seasonal campaigns with a focus on optimizing the user journey toward order conversion.Manage collaboration of internal online teams, agency partners, and HQ stakeholders to ensure on‑time product launches and seamless go‑to‑market execution.Manage the Conversion Rate Optimization and Personalization team and testing strategy within Samsung.Com; apply learnings to optimize conversion rate and achieve target revenue goals.Manage Online‑to‑Offline processes including reserve online pickup in store and Endless Aisle.Report web analytics, launch and campaign performance while striving for conversion rate YOY growth targets; work with DigitalMarketing team & Digital product development team to ensure end‑to‑end tracking of the user journey.Own the user journey on Samsung.Com from entry to checkout; provide strategicguidance regarding digital content throughout the journey.Ensure accuracy and proofing of .COM/eCom information within team or with a vendor; maintain site stabilityand error‑free pricing and campaigns.Manage agency and vendor partnerships for web publishing on Samsung.Com and IT support & development on the e‑commerce side.Collaborate with e‑commerce operations team and HQ DTC team to submit, review, and approve platform enhancements; manage proposals,testing, and launch.Primary point of contact for HQ GMO AEM/Platform team for new platform/AEM developments to the Samsung.Com site, and for troubleshooting escalations; manage platform escalations and resolve with global teams according to SLA.Have abundant experience and knowledge of GA4, SEO, GEO/AEO and related tools.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT or related field.MBA in Marketing preferred.KnowledgeSuperior qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities with an outstanding body of work demonstrating high quality,
innovative deliverables and an exceptional understanding of consumer behavior.Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple projects and set priorities for a team of managers and contributors.Demonstrated ability to manage the creative and messaging process.Highly developed communication & relationship skills.Strategic thinking combined with strict attention to tactical details and execution.Knowledge of innovative direct marketing techniques and approaches using industry best practices, including critical channels such as social media and mobile.Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical and strategic thinking skills.Proficiency with AEM and AEP.Knowledge of Adobe Target/Insider for personalization, customer segmentation, and conversion improvement.ExperienceMinimum 8+ years of experience working within an e‑commerce‑enabled website environment, developing campaigns and strategies to drive traffic and profitably acquire new customers (SEM, SEO, affiliate, display ads, retargeting, content marketing, experience with user‑generated content and networks).5+ years working within a retail environment (preferably electronics industry) identifying marketing initiatives where success is measured through positive sales growth.5+ years of experience working with CRM data tools and research methodology.Hands‑on knowledge of analytics tools (e.G., Adobe Analytics).The salary range for this role is expected to be between $107,000 to $147,000 and reflects base salary only.
