Position SummaryOperations & Reconciliation Analyst supporting Harbourfront Wealth Group of Companies. This role can be based in Vancouver, BC, Winnipeg, MB, or Burlington, ON. The analyst reports to the Director of Fee Administration & Reporting.ResponsibilitiesPerform fee reconciliation, billable and non-billable securities reconciliation analysis.Update securities mapping as custodian data changes.Execute calculations and analysis on platform data outputs.Investigate and resolve fee and operation anomalies.Audit transactions, holdings and performance as required.Support ongoing special projects as assigned.Generate, oversee and review daily, monthly and quarterly statements.Collect and extract data from vendors and internal systems to support other departments.Maintain procedures to reflect current activities.Cross-train with the user access team for vacation coverage and increased capacity.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of industry experience, preferably within an IIROC-register wealth management firm.Robust analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,



with excellent planning and organization.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Working knowledge of Croesus, Purefacts, and digital onboarding platforms.Experience with CIRO-related operating systems, including ISM and fee management tools, is an asset.Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to meet specified timelines for data analysis and reporting.Salary Range$75,000 - $85,000 per annum (actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).Diversity and InclusionDiversity is an important value to us.
