Job ResponsibilitiesSalary Range: $78,000 - $93,000 per yearResponds to customer requests for quotes (RFQs) and engineering changes with cost and timing.Creates and maintains excellent customer relations.Works closely with other departments to analyze profitability using optimum manufacturing/design techniques via Magna Structures Meadowvale Engineering Change Process.Identifies and proposes cost improvement opportunities.Expands customers’ awareness of Magna Structures Meadowvale and our capabilities to implement changes and develop a trusting relationship with them.Suggests and implements improvements to internal processes, information, and procedures.Assists in developing and maintaining a quote model and pricing strategy.Maintains cost and sales reports for tracking and overall program profitability.Knows and understands process documents and customer‑specific requirements related to this job function.Coordinates and supports commercial customer audits.Creates and maintains tooling and CAPEX budget.Reviews and submits customer steel resale program material forms.Follows and complies with all operational procedures and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, quality and environment programs (e.G., IATF16949, ISO14001).Understands, promotes, and lives by Magna’s philosophies and Employee Charter.Adheres to Magna’s core values of integrity, respect, trust,
