Clio is seeking a Voice of Customer Manager to lead the VoC function within its Customer Success team. You will drive cross-functional initiatives to capture, analyze, and act on customer feedback across our SaaS platform, influencing product and customer experience strategy. You will build scalable processes, collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales, and champion a data-driven approach to improve retention, satisfaction, and advocacy in a high-growth setting.
