Your Team Grain & Crop Inputs:

The Grain & Crop Inputs Division connects Canadian farmers to markets across the country and beyond. With a network of grain elevators, terminals, and agri-retail locations, we provide crop inputs, agronomic solutions, and grain marketing expertise to help producers succeed.

As a Crop Inputs Representative, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and playing a key role in providing agronomic solutions and selling crop inputs products, ensuring customers receive expert advice and high-quality service.

Day to Day

Prospect new customers and expand business opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and providing agronomic services.

Offer technical support and advice on crop inputs products to help maximize yields and profitability.





Stay current on the latest crop input technologies, industry advancements and best practices.

Collaborate with Crop Inputs Manager, Merchant, and suppliers to stay updated on product availability and pricing.

Assist with operations and administrative duties as required to ensure productive delivery and exceptional service.

What You’ll Bring

Post-secondary education in an Agriculture-related program or experience in an Agriculture retail business.

P.Ag or CCA certification (or the ability to obtain) is an asset.

Experience in dealing with agricultural producers.

Knowledge of local crops and crop protection solutions.

Sales and customer service skills, with the ability to execute plans that drive revenue generation.

Valid driver’s license is required.
