and contribute to a dynamic and evolving School.The Associate Dean provides leadership to Chairs and is responsible for academic planning, program quality, student services, and overall portfolio performance. The role includes financial oversight, with responsibility for monitoring, reporting on, and contributing to the School’s annual budgeting and strategic planning processes. As part of the senior leadership team, the Associate Dean works with highly confidential information related to student matters, collective bargaining, labour relations, budgeting, and long‑term planning.The portfolio currently includes programming in multiple disciplines, such as Adult Education, the Bachelor of Education joint degrees in Industrial Arts and Applied Commerce Education, as well as Technical Vocational Education, and Math and Science, delivered through a range of instructional modalities.
