Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the technician will support administrative, operational, and maintenance activities.RESPONSIBILITIESPerform administrative follow-ups related to operations; Prepare various operational reports and documents; Participate inpurchasing parts, supplies, and equipment required for operations; Follow up withsuppliers; Maintain certain inventories, records, and tracking files up to date; Assist in planning and monitoring preventive maintenance activities; Provide support during equipment repairs and troubleshooting; Perform basic inspections and checks on equipment; Collaborate oncontinuous improvement initiatives; Contribute to maintaining a safe work environment; Participate inhealth and safety activities when required; Perform any other related duties as needed; QUALIFICATIONSTechnical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or a related field (an asset); Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment; Good knowledgeof computer tools and the Microsoft Office suite; English required (French considered an asset)PERSONALITYTRAITSAbility to learn and adapt; Solid organizational and priority management skills; Autonomy and resourcefulness; Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindsetAttention to detail and commitment to quality work; Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
