Today, they’re already seeing robust demand for corporate catering, weddings, engagements, and large celebrations across the GTA.What’s missing right now isn’t demand… it's structure and consistency in how that demand is handled and grown.What You’ll Be Responsible For70% – Client Service, Sales & Business DevelopmentManage and convert inbound catering and event inquiries… responding quickly, qualifying needs, preparing quotes, and closing businessOwn the day‑to‑day catering pipeline… including pricing, invoicing, coordination, and ensuring a smooth client experience from inquiry to deliveryBuild relationships with corporate clients, offices, and community partners to generate repeat business and new opportunitiesSupport outbound efforts through calls, outreach, and local networking to grow the events and catering pipelineAct as the main point of contact for clients… ensuring a responsive, organized,
and professional experience at every stage30% – Event Coordination & ExecutionCoordinate logistics for events and catering orders… including menus, timelines, staffing, and delivery detailsSupport execution of larger or high‑priority events on‑site to ensure everything runs smoothly and meets client expectationsWork closely with operations and kitchen teams to ensure consistency in quality and deliveryContribute to improvements over time… helping refine menus, pricing, packages, and coordination processes as the function evolvesWhat We’re Looking For3–5+ years of experience in hospitality, catering, events, or a similar client‑facing environmentExperience in a target‑based sales role,comfortable working toward goals, closing business, and managing a pipelineStrong client service mindset… responsive, organized, and able to manage multiple requests at onceComfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment where not everything is fully structured yetStrong communication skills… confident with clients and able to coordinate internallyWilling to be hands‑on, including occasional evenings for larger eventsValid driver’s licenseArabic is a strong asset, but not requiredWhat’s In It For YouBase salary of$60K–$65K, with monthly commission tied directly to the business you generateTotal earnings of $70K–$75K in Year 1, with a clear path to$80K–$90K+ in Year 2as revenue scales25% employee discountThe opportunity to step into a role with existing demand andplay a key part in growing it into a larger, more structured revenue streamA clear growth path into amanagement/leadership role, with the opportunity to build out and lead the events and catering function over timeExposure to a brand with strong cultural identity and community presence, blending sales, hospitality, and live event executionConvenient office location in Mississauga, with free parking, close to the highway.#J-18808-Ljbffr
