This full time role focuses on preventative maintenance for assigned apartment buildings. Candidates should have a minimum of two years' experience in HVAC, BAS, and FAS within a Class A residential complex. Strong skills in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs are essential for the job.

• Perform maintenance tasks including plumbing and electrical repairs • Clean common areas and ensure safety equipment functions • Conduct inspections and complete repairs in a timely manner • Manage cleaning and upkeep of designated areas • Utilize ladders and power tools for various tasks
