This role is located at the Edmonton facility and focuses on delivering top-notch technical guidance both internally and externally. You will analyze customer warranty reports and develop creative solutions to complex issues. Collaborating with engineering teams, you will ensure operational excellence based on client feedback.
Key Responsibilities: • Analyze customer warranty and problems for troubleshooting solutions • Provide phone support for technical concerns • Review customer specifications and quality test reports • Create warranty response plans and test protocols • Interpret technical drawings and provide feedback to teams
Requirements: • Electrical Engineering Technology Diploma or Degree preferred • 2+ years of experience with Powell equipment preferred • Robust understanding of 600V to 38kV systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Legal authorization to work in Canada
