‘Your role in achieving results:’
- Ensure the reliability and optimization of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
- Support production teams in achieving safety, quality, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Actively participate in the implementation of continuous improvement strategies and the evolution of operational standards.
- Develop the skills and capabilities of operators and area subject matter experts in collaboration with the Production Manager.
- Maintain a robust presence on the production floor to coach teams and conduct operational health assessments.
- Maintain and improve the effectiveness of daily management systems.
- Coordinate plant shutdown activities and ensure the efficient execution of related tasks.
- Contribute to the improvement of transactional processes within SAP.
- Implement concrete actions to eliminate identified organizational losses and inefficiencies.
‘What we are looking for to deliver these results:’
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience required.
- Proven project management experience within the food manufacturing industry required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automated Production Engineering, or another related field is considered an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may also be considered.
