We are seeking a dynamic and innovative R&D; Scientist to join our dedicated research and product development team. Duties

- Design and conduct laboratory research and experiments involving functional nanomaterials, biomolecules, biological materials, biocompatible polymers and bio-derived materials.
- Develop and optimize nanomaterials and nano-ink formulations for sensing, electronic, flexible and other advanced technology applications.
- Investigate nanoparticle dispersion, colloidal stability, surface chemistry and surface functionalization to improve material stability and performance.
- Develop and evaluate bio-functionalized nanoparticles and hybrid material systems for biosensing and other sensing applications.
- Investigate interactions between functional nanomaterials and biological or bio-derived components and assess their effects on material properties and performance.




- Develop and optimize solution-based processing methods and functional thin-film systems for sensing and related applications.
- Design experiments to evaluate the effects of material composition, biological components, surface chemistry and processing conditions on nanomaterial performance.
- Conduct chemical, biological, optical and structural characterization of nanomaterials, functionalized materials and thin films, and analyze experimental data.
- Investigate the integration of functional and bio-functionalized nanomaterials into sensors, biosensing platforms and other advanced devices.
- Troubleshoot laboratory, formulation, material and device-fabrication challenges and develop practical technical solutions.
- Prepare scientific and technical reports, experimental documentation, research records and R&D;/IP-related documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D; teams on research, product development, scale-up, testing and commercialization of advanced nanomaterial and sensing technologies.
