Role Description The Real Estate Agent role at Skystreet Real Estate Marketing is a hybrid position based in Canada, with a mix of on-site client work and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting property showings, preparing and presenting listings, and guiding clients through buying, selling, or leasing processes. The agent will compile market analyses, negotiate offers and contracts, and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
The role also involves maintaining accurate client records, leveraging digital tools and marketing platforms to promote properties, and participating in team meetings and ongoing training. This is a full-time role that requires consistent client communication,
excellent time management, and a professional presence in both virtual and in-person interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong client service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Solid knowledge of residential and commercial real estate practices, including market analysis, pricing strategies, and transaction processes.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, online listing platforms, social media, and basic CRM software to support lead generation and property promotion.
- Effective negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills to manage offers, counteroffers, and complex transaction details.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients, deadlines, and property files simultaneously.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment, including the ability to work independently from home and collaborate in person when required.
- Valid real estate license (or eligibility to obtain one) in the relevant Canadian province, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management is an asset; knowledge of local Canadian real estate regulations is beneficial.
