Vancouver’s property market offers an exciting environment for someone looking to begin and develop a career in real estate.

We’re looking for an entry-level Real Estate Agent to join our Vancouver team, supporting clients throughout their property journey while developing practical experience in residential real estate, client relations, property marketing, and negotiations.

This chance is well suited to a recent graduate or early-career qualified with a genuine interest in the property and real estate industry. Previous real estate experience is not essential, with training and ongoing development provided.

The Role

As a Real Estate Agent, you’ll develop experience across key areas of the property process, including:

- Building relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and clients
- Understanding client property requirements and preferences
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings
- Supporting property listings and marketing activity
- Following up with inquiries and prospective clients
- Developing knowledge of the Vancouver property market
- Assisting throughout negotiations and the transaction process




- Maintaining accurate client and property information
