: Reporting to the Manager of Real Estate & Leasing, the Real Estate & Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing complex real estate transactions and agreements across the Saskatchewan Health Authority’s provincial real estate portfolio. The position negotiates, administers and interprets leases, licenses, amendments, renewals and other real estate agreements; coordinates leasing initiatives, acquisitions and dispositions; conducts market, property and financial analysis; and provides advice and recommendations on real estate, leasing and property management matters. The Specialist works closely with SaskBuilds and Procurement, Legal, Finance, Insurance, Building Services, Capital Programs, operational teams and other internal and external stakeholders to advance real estate initiatives, resolve contractual and landlord/tenant matters, manage risk, and navigate applicable approval and procurement processes.

Education

Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Knowledge and Abilities
- Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system
- Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action
- Knowledge of First Nations and Metis history in Saskatchewan
