- Manage residential real estate purchase and sale files from opening to closing.
- Conduct title searches and registrations using Teraview.
- Use Unity for real estate transactions and file management.
- Prepare statements of adjustments, requisitions, closing documents, and reporting letters.
- Handle mortgage registrations, discharges, transfers, and related documents.
- Communicate with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel.
- Ensure all closing requirements and deadlines are properly managed.
- Maintain accurate and organized client files.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk.
- Robust knowledge of Ontario residential real estate transactions.
- Experience with Teraview and Unity
- Ability to independently manage real estate files from opening to closing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Position: Part-Time 20- 25 hours per week
Hourly compensation will be determined based on experience.
Experience: Minimum 2 years
Location: Brampton
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 25.0 per week
