As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for a Receiving & Shipping Supervisor to help structure and optimize its logistics operations. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will oversee the day-to-day receiving and shipping activities within a manufacturing environment. As a hands-on leader, you will coordinate warehouse staff, transportation providers, and daily operations while actively contributing to operational planning, process improvements, and the overall performance of the department.

Supervise receiving, shipping, and material handling activities. Ensure operational priorities are met and deliveries are completed on time. Monitor inventory, shipping documentation, and outbound shipments.

Collaborate closely with production,



planning, and other internal departments. Ensure compliance with quality standards, health and safety regulations, and applicable regulatory requirements. Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or food production environment.

Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.

Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, process implementation, or KPI monitoring. Good knowledge of receiving, shipping, and carrier coordination operations.

Experience in a regulated environment (food, pharmaceutical, or similar) is considered an asset. French is required; functional English is required.
