Our company is seeking experienced and talented Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, strong product knowledge, and basic computer skills. We are looking for outgoing professionals who can work a flexible schedule and are willing to learn recent job duties as needed.

Responsibilities

- Communicate clearly with customers.

- Handle customers' questions or complaints.

- Provide information to help customers make informed choices.

- Keep records of customers' interactions and transactions.

- Communicate and stay connected with drivers on route.

- Enter customers' details into our ticket system.

- Comply with our dress code.

- Comply with all relevant laws, rules, and regulations.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Education

- Secondary School (preferred)

Experience

- customer service: 1 year (required)

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
