Our multidisciplinary rehab clinic is looking for an individual who would love to become our receptionist. As our receptionist, you would ensure that our clients have a welcoming and high-quality customer experience.

Your tasks:
- Greet and welcome clients upon their arrival to the clinic
- Demonstrate excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks
- Respond to clients’ questions in person, via phone, email
- Educate clients on clinic hours, services, products and promotions
- Manage files, take payments
- Schedule appointments, billing, maintain an up-to-date schedule and be able to communicate schedule changes to the therapist
- Have excellent communication skills in order to communicate effectively as part of a team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-desk area
- Follow clinic policies and procedures
Qualifications: -Previous reception experience an asset but not required
-Previous customer service experience an asset but not required
-An individual who takes initiative and enjoys working independently and as part of a team
-Can demonstrate compassion and a love to help others
-Communication in English (Bilingualism, communication in French a plus)
