Washr Solutions provides mobile fleet cleaning services for companies operating transport trucks and multi-vehicle fleets. We travel to our clients' locations and deliver professional, on-site cleaning solutions that keep their vehicles road-ready and looking sharp — no downtime, no drop-off required.

About the Role

We're looking for an organized, personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for Washr Solutions. You'll manage the front office, support scheduling for our wash crews, and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly for our small, close-knit team.

What You'll Do

- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Greet visitors, clients, and technicians in a professional, friendly manner
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating wash crews across client sites
- Maintain office files, records, and basic data entry
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, or other administrative tasks as needed
- Order office and site supplies as required
- Relay messages and updates between office staff,



technicians, and clients
- Help keep the office organized and running efficiently day to day

What We're Looking For

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable multitasking and staying organized in a busy office environment
- Friendly, professional phone and in-person manner
- Basic computer skills (email, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office or similar)
- Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
- Reliable and punctual
- Team player who takes pride in supporting the crew and the company
