The primary role is focused on quality performance, cost, service, and safety targets while developing your Team Members on different production lines, or within the warehouse. You will interact and collaborate daily with people leaders in all different kinds of departments in the plant, including Quality, Operations, Packaging, Processing, Traffic, Warehouse, and Maintenance while you motivate and inspire your team, eliminate barriers, and problem solve.
