As a University of Toronto–affiliated teaching hospital, it advances healthcare through research, education, and a robust commitment to community well‑being.PositionSecurity SupervisorSiteNorth York General Hospital FinchPay Rate$22.29/hr.Overtime EligibilityOver time is Averaging Agreement after 88 HoursJob DescriptionProvides leadership, direction, and ongoing coaching and training.Ensures all standing orders and scheduled daily activities are carried out as required for each shift.Ensures site staff adhere to all Paladin Security and site‑specific security policies and procedures.Plans and implements shift work schedules.Ensures all Security Guards have received the mandatory training.Motivates staff and issues commendations.Disciplines staff when necessary and ensures proper documentation is passed onto head office.Performs security audits.Documents and investigates security incidents and complaints.Provides proactive and reactive security patrols.Communicates any concerns/issues with Client Service Manager.PrerequisitesValid First Aid & CPR Level C from an approved WSIB provider.Proof of double Covid Vaccination.Immunization Record (measles, mumps, rubella, varicella,
