In this role, you will be responsible for handling overages, shortages, and damaged freight claims while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up with customers and carriers.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and process OS&D (Overage, Shortage & Damage) claims and reportsCommunicate with terminals, drivers, customers,
