This role is designed for a driven, high‑energy professional who wants to launch a career in business, learning from the ground up.As an operational support and customer‑service teammate you will work in a warehouse environment during the first 3–6 months, then transition through stages of development designed to build a solid foundation in our business.Phase 1 – Warehouse LogisticsLearn the products we sell, the flow from vendor to customer, and all levels of sales support.Phase 2 – Counter SalesEngage in customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory and pricing controls, credit management, financial statements, and more.Phase 3 – Administration & Operational SupportAcquaint yourself with the accounts‑payable process, accounts‑receivable process, daily tendering, customer invoice processing, and an introduction to purchasing and pricing.Phase 4 – Operations ManagementOwn the operational segment of the business with focus on purchasing, pricing, training teammates, inventory management,
