Position OverviewSafety‑Kleen in Highland, CA is hiring a Sales and Service Route Driver. This role will train to drive a Class B box truck to provide onsite service for parts washer machines, pick up containerized hazardous waste, and sell products/services in a defined route.Compensation & BenefitsHourly pay: $25/hrUncapped commission5,000$ sign‑on bonus for Class B CDL10‑12 hour daysHealth benefits after 30 days of full‑time employment401(k) with company matchEmployee Stock Purchase PlanCompany‑paid training and tuition reimbursementResponsibilitiesEnsure health and safety by complying with all protected work practices, policies, and processes.May visit 10–12 customer sites per day.Switch out 15‑ and 30‑gallon drums of solutions.Service parts washer machines and clean out sediment from sinks.Up‑sell at customer locations and generate new leads in the field.Service automotive repair, fleet, and manufacturing type businesses.Complete daily scheduled services, deliveries, and pick‑ups in a timely manner.Follow all local, state (provincial), and federal compliance regulations and rules.Operate vehicles safely in accordance with U.S. DOT, local,



state, and federal requirements.Observe all company environmental health and safety operating guidelines.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsClass B CDL.Obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsement within 90 days of employment.Basic computer and math skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong customer service skills.Perform physical functions per job requirements.Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position.Meet OSHA’s Respiratory Protection standard facial hair requirements.Preferred QualificationsCommercial route driving experience (Class C or Non‑CDL).EEO StatementClean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
