In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Growth Strategy & Corporate Affairs, while working closely with the VP, Sales to drive alignment and impact across the organization.You will play a critical role in building and leading a Market Intelligence and Strategy Hub, becoming the key connector between Marketing and Sales. As a trusted strategic partner, you will translate insights into action, shaping go‑to‑market strategies that drive growth across both grocery and pet specialty channels. You will bring ideas to life by developing clear, actionable go‑to‑market plans and ensuring strong, effective execution that delivers measurable business results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Sales Strategy to translate strategy into execution by defining clear go-to-market priorities and driving adoption of AMPS fundamentalsDevelop category intelligence and thought leadership for internal and external useConvert quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights to identify portfolio & category whitespace and build compelling sell storiesDemonstrate leadership formally and informally by coaching direct report(s) and influencing cross‑functional teamsCreate new shopper marketing programs that amplify national brand plans and create stronger in‑store experiencesSupport Sales Directors with annual planning processes like Collab Planning, JBP, Holiday, and lead our annual sales planning offsitePartner with Marketing and Sales on USA market development to drive growth and distributionDevelop product and customer mix strategies that maximizes growth and resource allocationDrive innovation launch excellence and competitive defense plansRecipe to successBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience6–10 years of relevant experience within the CPG industryDemonstrated strategic agility and an entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to adapt in a fast‑paced environmentStrong ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive results across cross‑functional teamsProven expertise in translating Nielsen and syndicated data into actionable insights and business recommendationsComfortable operating at both the strategic and tactical levels, with the ability to connect long‑term vision to executionDeep understanding of brand development within retail and experiential environmentsExperience in brand marketing and shopper marketingSales or account management experience considered an assetProven people leadership experience, including coaching and developing teamsStrong ability to leverage data to generate compelling insights and influence decision‑makingExperience within the fast‑moving consumer goods (CPG) industry considered an assetAdvanced proficiency in PowerPoint and proficiency in ExcelDemonstrated strategic agility and an entrepreneurial mindset,
