Vous serez la première personne avec qui nos clients entreront en contact et jouerez un rôle important dans leur expérience en concession. Votre accueil chaleureux, votre professionnalisme et votre sens du service contribueront directement à créer une expérience positive pour chacun de nos visiteurs.

Vos Principales Responsabilités

- Accueillir les clients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme;
- Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et les diriger vers les bons départements;
- Répondre aux demandes générales des clients et les orienter au besoin;
- Assurer une présence à la réception en fin de journée;
- Effectuer certaines tâches administratives simples;
- Maintenir un environnement d’accueil propre, organisé et agréable.

Horaire

- Lundi au jeudi : 17 h à 20 h
- Vendredi : 15 h à 20 h
- 15 heures par semaine
