Position: Records Clerical

Pay Rate: $20-$24/hour on W2

Location: North York ON (On-Site)

Duration: 06+ Months (Possible Extension)

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify asset records that were pulled from storage are: originals, in system of record, information is correct, file with collection from Records in order, update manifest and system of record
- Historical Asset Records: verify information is correct, scan, upload to System of Record, box, manifest and update system of record
- Assistance with Records Recall requests
- Coordinate off-site storage + recalls




- LUG digitization initiative logistics support
